With a bank connection, transactions from the linked bank account are automatically imported into your bank journal in The Bookie. For the actual connection, create an account with Ponto.
Ponto
1. Create a Ponto account.
2. Add your bank account under "Account" in Ponto and follow the instructions. You log in to your bank to activate the link between your bank account and your Ponto account.
3. Add your bank account under "Billing" In Ponto for the payment.
The Bookies
Now that your bank account is linked to Ponto, you can link your Ponto account to The Bookie.
1 Now it's time to grant The Bookie permission to view your data from your Ponto account. To do this, go to the "Connections" tab under your administration settings. Click the "Koppel je Ponto account" button.
2. Now that your bank account is linked, you must perform the 1st synchronization. In the main menu, click "bank" and click settings on the top right of the screen. Under the bank accounts tab you should now see your authorized bank accounts which should have a green dot that indicates that the bank connection is active. Click the "Synchronize bank account" button and enter the date from which the transactions should be synchronized retroactively in the window. In most cases this will be January 1 of the current year.
Please note: depending on your bank, the transactions could go back to a maximum of 90 days. If this is not sufficient, you will have to work with an MT940 file to get the remaining transactions in the Bookie App.
Always do this in consultation with your Bookie.
Now that the bank connection is active, the transactions are synchronized with your bank account 4 times a day. This happens around 8am, 2pm, 8pm and 2am.

Updating / checking / correcting the bank book is a lot of extra work for your Bookie. Costs are in consultation. In addition to the costs for The Bookie, Ponto charges €4 / bill / month for the synchronization of the link.
